Fixed scope. Fixed fee. No surprises.

Study engagements

Studies are fixed-scope, fixed-fee, fixed-duration. Six working weeks from kick-off to readout. The fee is named on the scoping call and locked at signature. No daily rates, no extension creep, no scope renegotiation under pressure.

• Fee range: £25,000-£45,000, exclusive of VAT and travel.
• Payment: 50% on signature, 50% on readout. Net 14 invoicing.
• Cancellation: notice up to two weeks before kick-off, refunded in full minus reasonable engagement preparation. After kick-off, fee is non-refundable but the readout will be delivered.
• Deliverables: validated Work Profile Map for reportable in-scope team patterns, ranked opportunity portfolio, role-redesign recommendation, and Coverage & Confidence notes. If any core deliverable is not delivered, the corresponding portion of the fee is refunded.

Pulse engagements

Pulse is annual and paid quarterly. It is the recurring check-in against the reportable Study baseline: whether low-value load is falling, whether the change has landed, and where leadership should look next.

• Fee range: £60,000-£180,000 ARR, exclusive of VAT.
• Payment: quarterly in advance, against a signed annual order form.
• Term: 12 months minimum, with 90 days' notice to renew or terminate at term end.

What we don't do

We do not bill for time. We do not bill for travel by default unless agreed in writing. We do not have a partnership programme that pays us for vendor recommendations, and we do not take referral fees from any tool we name in a portfolio.

Liability and indemnity

Commercial liability, confidentiality, intellectual-property ownership, and data-protection clauses are governed by the signed MSA and DPA. This page is a public summary, not a replacement for the executed agreement.

Governing law

Engagements are expected to be governed by the laws of England and Wales, with jurisdiction confirmed in the signed agreement.
