The evidence layer for AI transformation

Before you buy more AI,
see which work
is consuming time.

Teho shows how work really happens at team level, sizes opportunities by value, and measures whether AI, automation or redesign improve the work over time. No individual monitoring.

Why now

AI decisions are being made without evidence.

Companies are making expensive AI, headcount, capacity and operating decisions without evidence of how work really happens.

Q1Baseline

Where are time and cost really going?

See the real work mix across teams, tools and workflows.
Q2Value

What should grow or shrink?

Separate high-value work from the low-value load absorbing capacity.
Q3AI fit

Where does AI really belong?

Find repeatable, high-friction patterns where AI or automation can help.
Q4Proof

Did the work improve over time?

Measure whether AI, automation or redesign changed the shape of work.

The old way is over

Protect your team from workshops, interviews and timesheets.

Subjective, slow and difficult to defend. Teho gives you decision-grade evidence that protects individual privacy.

Teho makes work visible

See the shape of work before you decide what to change.

Teho turns team-level signals into evidence: where time and cost concentrate, which work creates value, and where AI, automation or redesign should go next.

Pulse

Then shows what's changed

Pulse learns each team’s working rhythm, notes the one-week blips, and reports the shifts that last — priced, the week they happen.

The Work Mix

Not all work is equal. Teho shows what to protect, improve, reduce or remove.

Every observed activity is classified by the kind of work it is. Read left to right as a decision spectrum: protect → improve → reduce → remove.

Decision routes

Every opportunity gets one of five routes.

Most workflows don’t need AI. Some shouldn’t be done at all. Teho stays honest about which is which.

Route 01

Stop

Work that no longer earns its place.

Route 02

Simplify

Work that has become heavier than it needs to be.

Route 03

Automate

Rules-based work that moves between systems.

Route 04

AI-enable

Work where AI can do meaningful lifting.

Route 05

Keep human-led

Work where the human contribution is the value.

How it works

From work signals to decisions in 30 days.

Teho captures approved work-pattern signals, classifies them into a team-level Work Profile, and turns the evidence into a prioritised change portfolio.

1

Capture

Approved work-pattern signals from agreed devices. No keystrokes, audio, video, or individual productivity scoring.

2

Classify

Every activity is grouped by work type: judgement, execution, coordination, overhead, or burden.

3

Map

The Work Profile shows where time and cost concentrate across teams, tools and workflows.

4

Decide

Opportunities are sized and routed: stop, simplify, automate, AI-enable, or grow.

Priced against the decision, not the seat: the Baseline costs less than one consultant-month and covers the first two months of an annual Pulse term. The subscription runs at a low single-digit percentage of the team cost it explains. No seat-based pricing — we measure work, not workers, and price the same way.

Why operators choose Teho

The clarity of process mining, without the cost or IT project.

01 · Coverage

See the full picture

Teho studies the whole working week at team level, not just event logs from one or two systems.

02 · Low lift

No manual effort

No workshops, timesheets or self-reporting. The evidence base is built from approved work-pattern signals.

03 · AI fit

Honest about AI

Every opportunity is routed to stop, simplify, automate, AI-enable or grow, so AI is used where it genuinely helps.

04 · Speed

A baseline in 30 days

Leadership gets a clear baseline, first opportunity set in 30 days, without a disruptive and lengthy project.

Trust

Privacy by construction. Team-level evidence.
No individual-level views.

Teho is designed to answer operating questions without creating individual rankings, leaderboards or manager-facing activity feeds.

What the agent does

A Teho agent is deployed centrally to agreed devices. It captures approved work-pattern signals for that Baseline and excludes keystroke, credential, microphone, camera, audio, video, and open-ended device-history capture paths.

P1 · Purpose-led

Every Baseline starts from a defined business question and is tailored with context about your team, your strategy and your goals.

P2 · Minimum capture

Capture is limited to the approved Baseline scope, with exclusions agreed before deployment.

P3 · Team-level evidence

Reporting is designed for team and workflow insight, with cohort thresholds that suppress patterns that are too small.

P4 · Client-controlled

Scope, capture settings, reporting audience, retention and deletion are agreed upfront and held stable.

Privacy explainer

Teho is built to protect individual privacy.

Questions

The questions every COO asks on the first call.

How is this different from process mining we already paid for?

Process mining is a tool: it gives you per-event logs, system by system. Teho is a service: we use approved work-pattern signals, including event data where useful, to produce a human-readable map of the work pattern, priced and ranked.

If you already have process mining, Teho sits above it. The Work Profile is the leadership-readable layer the tool does not produce, and the portfolio is the prioritisation it cannot make for you.

Do we have to install anything? Track time?

A Teho agent is deployed centrally to the devices in scope by your IT team, typically through managed deployment. No timesheets, no individual productivity scores, no new SaaS for the team to roll out.

The agent captures only the work-pattern signals approved for the Baseline. There are no keystroke, credential, microphone, camera, audio, video, or open-ended device-history capture paths.

What does "team-level only" mean in practice?

We aggregate and suppress the evidence before playback, with cohort thresholds agreed in advance. Teho does not produce individual scorecards, manager dashboards, or productivity rankings.

The operating question is: which work should change? Not: which person should be watched?

Why 30 days? Why not faster?

Around four weeks of observation is the minimum window we trust for representative work patterns. Shorter reads tend to over-index on one-off meetings, month-end effects, or unusual delivery cycles.

The usual rhythm is scope and privacy setup first, then the observation window, then the Work Profile, opportunity portfolio and leadership playback — a baseline in 30 days.

What's the typical fee, and what drives it?

Baselines are £12–20k by team size (15–30 / 31–60 / 61+ people). Pulse is £3–5k a month per team. The Baseline covers the first two months of an annual Pulse term. No seat-based pricing.

Pulse is the ongoing record that shows whether the shape of work improved after change — every shift detected, priced and reported against the Baseline.

Who do you build with — and who don't you?

Teho is built for UK services functions with a clear sponsor, a real operating question, and a team large enough to produce meaningful team-level evidence.

We pass when the brief is individual productivity scoring, open-ended monitoring, or a vague request to “find efficiencies” without a business question.

How do we know it actually worked, a quarter later?

Pulse compares the changed work against the Baseline. It shows whether low-value load fell, high-value work grew, and where new friction appeared.

A flat or negative result is still useful: it tells leaders the change did not land, or that it moved burden somewhere else.

What happens to the data after the engagement?

Retention, deletion, access and processor obligations are agreed in the DPA before the Baseline starts.

If Pulse is used, the baseline is retained only to measure change. If not, the evidence is removed on the agreed timeline after the engagement closes.
